FREE UK SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No minimum order required.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Standard delivery: 3-7 business days
Express delivery: 1-3 business days (additional charge applies)
Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as bank holidays and peak seasons.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Catalyst Store cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
